Buffet salé :

* Toast au œuf de lompe.
Recette : faire du pain Dukan et découper des ronds à l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un emporte-pièce (ou un verre retourné). Déposer des oeufs de lompe. Ajouter du jus de citron.

<p>C’est la question qui taraude les bonnes volontés. Il n’y a pas une seule réponse ni une seule solution.<span id="more-74"></span></p>
<p>- Il y a celle qui attend ce moment comme la trêve des confiseurs et se laissera tomber dans ce magnifique trou d’air des fêtes où tout est sujet à euphorie. Oscar Wilde disait que « le meilleur moyen de se délivrer de la tentation, c’est d’y céder ».</p>
<p>- Il y a celle qui, habile, nagera entre deux eaux et choisira le chemin de crête bordé de deux gouffres, celui du trop et du pas assez et qui fera la fête sans avoir à s’en trop repentir.</p>
<p>- Il y a celle qui va passer en force, la spartiate ascétique qui va traverser les réveillons en suivant son cap.</p>
<p>Chacun de ces choix détient sa part de vérité !</p>
<p>- Pour celle qui s’abandonne, je conseille une journée tampon du lendemain riche en aliments protéinés et une heure de marche..</p>
<p>- Pour celle qui trouve sa vérité au milieu, c’est ma préférée. A celle-ci je conseille : pas de cacahuètes ni cracker en apéritif, une flute de champagne, pas de pain à table, pédale douce sur le dessert mais pour le reste, liberté mais sans se resservir.</p>
<p>- Pour celle qui traverse les fêtes sans changer de cap, je la félicite mais je lui conseille de se resservir deux fois de mes 100 aliments en privilégiant le saumon fumé, les fruits de mer, la dinde, les champignons rares et les iles flottantes.</p>
